As part of the project, several parking lot changes are underway that will impact parking. Signage is in place to help direct our patients and visitors. Regional Program Receives AHA’s Mission Lifeline EMS Award

MyMichigan Medical Center EMS in Midland, Gladwin and Alpena, in collaboration with MyMichigan’s Regional STEMI Alert Program partners, has received the American Heart Association’s (AHA) Mission: Lifeline® EMS Gold Plus Award for implementing quality improvement measures for the treatment of patients who experience severe heart attacks.

Dr. Lydia Watson Named New President, CEO of MyMichigan Health

The MyMichigan Health Board of Directors has named senior vice president and chief medical officer Lydia A. Watson, M.D., C.P.E., as president and CEO of MyMichigan Health with an effective date of Dec. 1, 2022. 

While serving with MyMichigan Health, Dr. Watson’s career has included roles as chief quality and patient safety officer for MyMichigan Health, as well as chief of staff, vice president of medical affairs, and board member of MyMichigan Medical Center Midland.

Venera Kadriu has always loved playing volleyball and was excited to be recruited to play at Northwood University. A slip on the volleyball court last fall resulted in a complete ACL and MCL rupture. Thanks to her prompt diagnosis and ACL reconstruction, she’s feeling strong and excited about the upcoming volleyball season.
