These planned learning activities are designed to provide an opportunity for nursing staff to learn about new procedures or practices and/or practice seldom used skills. They provide the opportunity to improve clinical performance and demonstrate competence in procedures unique to your work environment.

Skills Day at
MyMichigan Medical Center Midland

These skills days are put together and lead by unit practice council members, managers, and/or education for their specialty areas at their subsidiary. Many skills days are open to employees from other subsidiaries and students from local nursing programs.
