Michigan Expands Vaccine Criteria, Persons 50+ May Call COVID Hotline for Appointment
With the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services expanding the eligibility criteria to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, MidMichigan Health will continue to schedule vaccinations via its COVID Hotline. Those recently announced dates and criteria are:
Beginning Monday March 8 –
Beginning Monday, March 22 – All people age 50 and older.
People who meet the above criteria, in addition to those who currently qualify, may call MidMichigan Health’s COVID hotline, (989) 794-7600 or toll free (800) 445-7356, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and press Option 1 to request a vaccination appointment. Please note that call volumes are anticipated to be high, and some patients may be added to a wait list depending on vaccine supply. To ensure that others may be vaccinated in a timely fashion, MidMichigan Health also requests that patients please call the COVID hotline if they are unable to attend their scheduled vaccine appointment or if they receive the vaccine at another location, so that they may be removed from the wait list.

- Please bring photo ID and wear a mask and a short-sleeved shirt on the day of your vaccination. The injection will be administered in the upper arm.
