The MyMichigan Medical Center Sault Auxiliary has graciously fulfilled its pledge of $42,970, providing crucial support for the purchase of medical equipment and furnishings that enhance patient care across multiple departments at Medical Center Sault.

This generous contribution has enabled the acquisition of essential equipment, including a recumbent cross trainer and splinting pan for the Rehabilitation Department, a baby drawing station and reclining drawing chair for the Laboratory, a recliner, side tables, and seizure pads for the Emergency Department, as well as new furniture for the library and dining room in the Behavioral Health Unit.

“We are deeply grateful to our dedicated Volunteer Auxiliary for their commitment to improving the patient experience,” said Kevin Kalchik, president, MyMichigan Medical Center Sault. “Their generosity helps ensure that our staff continues to have the resources needed to provide exceptional care.”

The Medical Center Volunteer Auxiliary plays a vital role in supporting patient care initiatives through fundraising and service efforts. Their contributions continue to enhance comfort, safety, and treatment options for patients and staff alike.
