Breaking Ground on Better Access to Care
Representatives from MyMichigan Health, local leadership and community partners gather for the ceremonial shovel turn marking the start of construction on the new Cedar Ridge Building.
More than 100 guests were in attendance to celebrate the recent groundbreaking of the new Cedar Ridge Building, a 20,000-square-foot medical office facility to be built adjacent to MyMichigan Medical Center Standish. Expanding access to health care services for residents throughout the region, the new facility will provide a centralized location for several outpatient services, including the rural health clinic, specialty clinic, Senior Life Solutions, as well as physical therapy services. It will also provide convenient access to the geriatric psychiatry program.

The Cedar Ridge Building is expected to be completed in July 2027.
