Health Park in Gladwin Poised for Future Growth Following Major Expansion

GLADWIN, Mich. – MyMichigan Health Park Gladwin is growing to improve patient experience, welcome additional primary care providers

A 9,000 square-foot expansion to MyMichigan Health Park in Gladwin stands ready to welcome future primary care providers with 20 new exam rooms, 16 new offices and other supporting spaces. The Health Park offers family medicine, urgent care, occupational health, laboratory, X-ray, mental health and diabetes services.

Phase one of a 9,000 square-foot expansion project is now complete, adding 20 new exam rooms, 16 new offices, a new staff lounge and other supporting work areas. Phase two, which includes upgrades to the business office and front lobby, is expected to be done by the end of February 2026. The facility is located at 1105 E. Cedar Avenue (M-61) in Gladwin.

“We intentionally designed our Health Park in Gladwin with future growth in mind, ensuring we could expand as our community’s needs evolve,” said Ray Stover, president of MyMichigan Medical Centers in Gladwin and West Branch. “This project carries that vision forward by increasing our capacity to serve, reflecting the strong trust and confidence our community places in us for their care.”

MyMichigan Health Park Gladwin is home to a family medicine team with eight providers plus MyMichigan Urgent Care Gladwin, occupational health services, a laboratory draw station, X-ray, mental health services and diabetes services. As a patient centered-medical home, the office serves as a home base for patients’ medical care, providing preventive care, ongoing management of chronic conditions, same-day visits for acute illness or injury and coordinated appointments with other specialists when needed.

new patients to the practice. Faber earned her Master of Science degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Saginaw Valley State University and has been practicing family medicine since 2021. Smith earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ferris State University and her Master of Science degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Purdue University Global in Indianapolis. She has been practicing family medicine since 2018.

MyMichigan Urgent Care Gladwin provides occupational health services by appointment plus walk-in care for minor illness and injury such as strains, sprains and fractures; cold- and flu-like symptoms; ear, eye and throat infections; minor burns, rashes and insect bites and more. Urgent Care is open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
