MyMichigan Health Welcomes New Obstetrician and Gynecologist to Tawas City

Women in Tawas City and surrounding communities will have expanded access to comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care as MyMichigan Health welcomes Audrey Hoebecke, D.O., to MyMichigan Obstetrics & Gynecology in Tawas City. Dr. Hoebecke will begin seeing patients on Monday, Aug. 31, 2026.
An experienced obstetrician and gynecologist, Dr. Hoebecke joins Christopher Landrey, D.O., and Judy Herbolsheimer, P.A.-C. at the Tawas City medical office.
Dr. Hoebecke provides personalized care for women throughout every stage of life. She enjoys the variety that obstetrics and gynecology offer and considers it a privilege to care for patients in the clinic, operating room and hospital.
“It can be stressful for women to discuss personal health concerns,” said Dr. Hoebecke. “I take that responsibility seriously and value the opportunity to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable speaking openly and know their concerns are being listened to.”
Dr. Hoebecke’s clinical interests include adolescent gynecologic care, routine well-woman exams, care for underserved populations, contraceptive counseling and surgical sterilization options, minimally invasive robotic surgery, management of high-risk pregnancies, and educating women about their overall health and wellness.
“When it comes to women’s health, every patient’s journey is personal,” said Dr. Hoebecke. “It’s important to me to get to know my patients and make sure they feel heard. I want them to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that we are working together to make decisions about their health.”
Dr. Hoebecke earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing and completed her residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital in Wyandotte. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Hoebecke is welcoming patients at MyMichigan Obstetrics & Gynecology, located at 25 East M-55 in Tawas City. All childbirth services will be provided at MyMichigan Medical Center West Branch, ensuring coordinated, high-quality care throughout pregnancy, delivery and beyond.
