New Pediatrician Joins MyMichigan Health in West Branch

Meagan Nguyen, M.D., Pediatrician

MyMichigan Health is pleased to welcome pediatrician Meagan Nguyen, M.D., to MyMichigan Family & Internal Medicine & Pediatrics in West Branch. Dr. Nguyen provides comprehensive care for infants, children and adolescents, with a focus on preventive health, developmental milestones, acute illnesses and supporting families throughout every stage of childhood.

“I chose pediatrics because I am passionate about advocating for children and ensuring they receive compassionate, high-quality care during the most critical stages of development,” said Dr. Nguyen.

Dr. Nguyen believes strong relationships are a foundation of health care and takes a family-centered approach to caring for her young patients.

“When caring for a child, I believe one of the most important things is listening first, partnering with families and providing compassionate, evidence-based care that recognizes each child as an individual,” she said.

Her clinical interests include child advocacy, developmental and behavioral health, infant care, adolescent medicine and preventive pediatric care. She is especially interested in helping families navigate the physical, emotional and developmental changes that occur throughout childhood and adolescence.

Dr. Nguyen earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing and completed her pediatric residency at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo. She is board eligible and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and its Michigan chapter.
