Description

A Roadmap for a Healthy Lifestyle for Cancer Survivors and Caregivers

Cancer may be part of a cancer patient’s story, but it doesn't define their future. Completing treatment is a major milestone, but many survivors quickly discover that healing doesn't end with treatment. Fatigue, stress, uncertainty and the challenge of finding a "new normal" can make recovery feel overwhelming.

Join Annemieke De Wilde, M.P.H., F.A.C.O.E.M., DipABLM, lifestyle medicine physician, for an inspiring and practical discussion on what comes next and learn how science-backed lifestyle habits can support your body's ongoing healing and help you reclaim your health, energy, and confidence.

What You'll Learn:

  • The Journey Forward – what science says about how your body heals.
  • Cutting Through the Noise – separating health myths from medical facts to reveal how daily lifestyle habits unlock the body’s natural healing.
  • The Real-Life Toolkit - Discover realistic, manageable habits that fit into the lives of survivors and caregivers.

Whether you're newly finished with treatment, years into survivorship, or supporting a loved one through recovery, participants gain knowledge, encouragement, and practical steps to help navigate life after cancer with confidence.
