Objectives
- To affirm and integrate spirituality as a vital component of holistic care for older adults, in order to support meaning, purpose and well-being throughout the aging process.
- To develop the ability to recognize and affirm one’s own spirituality within the context of clinical practice, fostering self-awareness and alignment with compassionate, person-centered care.
- To develop an understanding of the multifaceted challenges of aging, with particular attention to the interconnected impact on physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being, in order to equip providers with evidence-based practices to provide holistic and person-centered care to older adults.
