Registration Details

Registration is required.

  • The link for the webinar along with the class handouts, and instructions to attend the webinar will be sent electronically to the email address you registered with. This email will be sent to you a week before the first class date. Please watch your email for these instructions.
  • Join the Microsoft Teams Meeting from your smartphone/computer/tablet or other device with an internet connection. Or call in using the audio only line noted in the instructions.

Quitting smoking, vaping or chewing tobacco isn't easy – but it's easier with the right help. The American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking® program is a proven way to quit and gives you options, resources and support to quit for good!

Join us for a FREE, eight session, group workshop led by American Lung Association trained facilitators. This program helps you develop a plan of action that leads to your quit day. You'll also get the support you need to remain smoke-free or life!

This program is for current smokers, vapors and tobacco users, ages 18 years old and older.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend an event for which you registered, we are happy to reschedule you for another available date, transfer your registration to another eligible person, or process a full refund. To receive a transfer or refund, you must call (800) 395-1355  prior to the cancellation deadline for your event.
