The class is an educational Hatha Yoga format. Hatha Yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques, traditionally to channel vital energy source. It is designed for anyone with reasonable level of fitness. Experience with Yoga is helpful. Getting up and down from the ground, standing on one leg and performing squats, lunges and kneeling should be easy tasks for participants.
Yoga blocks and straps provided. Please bring your own mat and cushion or towel for additional support.
