If you are unable to attend an event for which you registered, we are happy to reschedule you for another available date, transfer your registration to another eligible person, or process a full refund. To receive a transfer or refund, you must call (800) 395-1355 prior to the cancellation deadline for your event.

If you don't see a support group in the list for your topic of interest, you may want to search the Michigan Mental Health Networker or National Self-Help Clearinghouse.
