Adult Grief Support Group - Mt. Pleasant

This grief support group offers supportive discussion combined with practical tools for understanding and navigating grief. Each session will focus on a key topic related to loss, offering a safe space to share, learn and find connection with others on a similar journey. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, all are welcome. The program is facilitated by a Bereavement Coordinator or Medical Social Worker.
