Adult Grief Support Group - Sanford

This grief support group offers support and guidance for individuals navigating grief. In this monthly support group, participants will come together to work through emotions and adjust to life after loss. By fostering a supportive community and offering valuable tools for healing, this group empowers individuals to navigate their grief journey with resilience and hope. The program is facilitated by a Bereavement Coordinator or Medical Social Worker.
