ALS Support Groups (Virtual)

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease) is a serious neurological disease that affects the nerve cells, which control the voluntary muscles of the body. These groups are intended to give moral support and provide information to ALS caregivers and people affected by ALS, friends and family members.

Location: Virtual - ZOOM Meeting

Equipment Needed: A smartphone, computer, tablet for other devise with an internet connection. Or you can listen in using your phone.

  • Caregiver Only Group
    Last Wednesday of the month; 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
  • General Support Group: PALS/Family and Friends/Caregiver Group
    Second Tuesday of the month; 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
  • Newly Diagnosed: For Those With a New ALS Diagnosis
    Third Wednesday of the month; 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
