Deep Breath Yoga - Alpena

Friends Together, a non-profit cancer support organization, invites you to Deep Breathe Yoga. This free class is focused for women who have been impacted by cancer - past or present. There are stairs to access the studio, but if this is prohibitive to you attending, please let us know and accommodations can be made. For a list of dates, check the community calendar at bit.ly/FriendsTogetherCalendar. Pre-registration is not required, but attendees are asked to sign-in on the attendance log at the studio.
