Newborn Parenting Support Group - Midland

Whether someone is a first-time parent or a seasoned expert, caring for a newborn can be overwhelming. This support group is available to help parents/caregivers through this transition. Led by experienced childbirth educators, this group covers a variety of topics. Discussions focus on the needs of group members as they adjust to their baby and new role as parents and caregivers.

Topics include physical and emotional changes after giving birth, infant nutrition, breastfeeding tips, ways to soothe your baby, infant sleep and developmental milestones for the first year. Expectant parents and caregivers with an infant up to 12 months of age are welcome to attend.

Participants are encouraged to bring their babies and join as soon as they can after birth. Registration is not required.
