At MyMichigan Home Care, a nurse or social worker is available to talk with you about your goals, values, and priorities. Together, you can explore care options and find the services that best meet your needs.

This free informational visit takes place in the comfort and privacy of your home. You may also invite family members or others from your support system to be part of the conversation.

Alcona, Alpena, Arenac, Bay, Clare, Crawford, Gladwin, Gratiot, Iosco, Isabella, Midland, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego, and Presque Isle, as well as portions of Cheboygan, Mecosta, Montcalm, Roscommon, and Saginaw Counties.
