Home health care is for people who are homebound and need skilled nursing or therapy services. Care is ordered by a health care provider and delivered in the comfort of your home.
Our team—including nurses, aides, and sometimes volunteers—provides care to help treat illness or manage chronic conditions. Our goal is to help you recover, regain your independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible.

Hospice care is a home-based program for individuals with a serious illness who are expected to have six months or less to live. It is designed for those who are no longer pursuing treatment and want to focus on comfort and quality of life.
We encourage starting hospice care early, rather than waiting until the final stages of life. Early support allows more time to manage symptoms, improve comfort, and ensure your wishes are understood and respected.
Hospice focuses on caring, not curing. Our team provides expert pain and symptom management so you or your loved one can live as fully and comfortably as possible in familiar surroundings.

Woodland Hospice House
For those who prefer an alternative to home care, MyMichigan Hospice offers the Woodland Hospice House in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. This peaceful, eight-suite residence is designed to provide privacy, comfort, and personalized care in a supportive setting.

Palliative Care is specialized medical care focused on relieving pain, symptoms, and stress for people living with a chronic, serious, or life-limiting illness. The goal is to improve quality of life for both you and your family.
Palliative care can be provided at any age and at any stage of illness. It can also be received alongside other treatments as part of your overall care plan.
