Team Up and Help Us Reach Our Goal

Participate in our fitness challenge to not only stay fit, but also contribute to a good cause. Record your steps walked each day during the Dow Great Lakes Invitational LPGA Tournament and help us reach our goal of 32 million steps. By reaching our goal, we’ll receive a $10,000 donation from the LPGA to help fund the new James T. and Elsa U. Pardee Cancer Center in Midland. The good news is that you don’t even have to attend the event to participate. Each participant will automatically be entered for a chance to win a prize.

Update on Last Year's Challenge

Residents of all ages from the Great Lakes Bay Region can now enjoy a new recreational wellness park located in Midland at 3611 N. Saginaw Road. The Rogers Family Wellness Park features a basketball court, walking trails, as well as three playscapes, including a young kid’s zone, a tween zone, and an adult fitness area. The park was made possible in part by a $10,000 donation to the MyMichigan Health Foundation from the 2021 Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational. Thanks to our 2021 Step Up Challenge participants, MyMichigan Health reached its goal of achieving 25 million steps which resulted in this generous donation.
