This program is made to support patients and their families through the challenges of memory loss. Our team provides the care, answers, and guidance you need to feel more confident and prepared.
Don’t wait to get help. Memory care is growing fast with new treatments and ways to improve quality of life. The sooner we understand what’s going on, the more we can do to help.
What to Expect
We encourage you to bring family members or caregivers with you to your first visit. During your appointment, we will:
- Ask questions about your health history
- Do a physical exam
- Test your memory and thinking skills
- Check for conditions like dementia, depression, anxiety, or sleep problems
- Talk about how caregivers are doing and what support they may need
Your Care Plan
We’ll give you personalized recommendations and helpful resources to:
- Slow down memory loss
- Improve daily life
- Reduce stress for you and your caregivers
We’ll continue to check in with you and your family over time to see how things are going and update your plan when needed.
While in our program, you’ll still see your regular doctor and other specialists for your overall health care.
Our Providers
Ishani Ali, M.D., specializes in geriatric medicine and memory care, with a focus on evaluating and treating patients with a decline in cognition. She earned a Doctor of Medicine at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, in Karnataka, India and completed her residency training in internal medicine at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She completed a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Suzanne Musil, Ph.D., ABPP, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in clinical neuropsychology. She earned a doctor of philosophy degree in psychology and neuroscience at Princeton University. She re-specialized in clinical neuropsychology at the University of Florida and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Northwestern University Medical School.
