Virtual EZCare

Woman conducting a Virtual EZCare visit on her phone. Over her shoulder we can see the EZCare provider on her screen.Virtual EZCare is a convenient service that enables you to complete a video visit on your computer, phone or tablet when your regular doctor is not available. It provides quick access for sudden illnesses that don't require an in-person exam, such as coughs, colds, flu, allergies, suspected COVID-19, urinary tract infections and more. Virtual EZCare is also a good alternative when our Urgent Care locations have reached their maximum capacity for the day and are no longer registering new patients.

Unlike some "teledoc" services that use contracted providers, EZCare visits are conducted by licensed medical providers who are on staff at one of MyMichigan's Medical Centers. This ensures they have access to your MyMichigan medical record for safer, more accurate care, and enables smooth coordination and follow up with your regular provider after your visit.
