Biography
Jessica Lerczak, F.N.P.-B.C., M.S.N., is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. She sees patients of all ages at MidMichigan’s Family Medicine office in the Midland Professional Suites on Wackerly Street.
Philosophy of Care
“I have always enjoyed meeting new people of all age groups and believe that each one of my patients have the right to extraordinary care,” said Jessica. “My background is varied from neonatal intensive care to nursing home residents. I have spent the previous 24 years in healthcare providing direct patient care and have many experiences with preventative, acute, and chronic care.”
“I really try to listen to the background and philosophy of care from the patient’s perspective and individualize care for each person while working within the boundaries of evidence-based practice guidelines.”

During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, hiking, kayaking, and visiting new towns and cities in our wonderful Great Lakes state.
“I have been married for more than 20 years to my best friend. I have two teenagers, and many animals.”
