Biography
Deborah Maschino, F.N.P.-C., is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in palliative medicine. She enjoys being able to improve quality of life for patients and their families. “Patients should choose me for their care because my focus is on providing individualized care for each of their unique needs,” Deborah said. “What sets me apart from other providers is that my focus is wellness and education, not just treatment.”
Philosophy of Care
“My goal is to provide individualized care to help patients achieve wellness; supporting their physiological, psychosocial and spiritual health,” said Deborah. “I want to create a trusting relationship with my patients, and it’s most satisfying when I can help patients understand what’s going on with their bodies.”
Special Interests and Procedures
Deborah has a special interest in diet and acupuncture. She and her husband have three children, and she enjoys gardening, kayaking, hiking and crafts.
