Biography
Raimee Schertzberg, M.S.N., F.N.P.-C., is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She sees patients at MyMichigan Family Medicine, located inside Midland Professional Suites at 555 W. Wackerly Street.
Philosophy of Care
Raimee is passionate about patient care and the ability to build long-term relationships.
“My goal is to treat patients with the same level of care and importance as I would for my own family members,” she said. “I hope to offer a positive, supportive experience that allows patients to feel comfortable openly discussing their concerns with me and to feel they are heard and valued when I see them.”
“I like to partner with patients in making decisions about their care and treatment so we can address the areas of their health that matter the most to them. I value the opportunity to educate and empower them to manage their health.”
Raimee takes a holistic approach to health care delivery.
“I’m interested in addressing not just the immediate medical concerns but also the social and lifestyle factors that influence a patient’s overall health. This aligns well with the nurse practitioner role in providing holistic care. Integrative medicine incorporates therapies that aim to support the body’s natural healing process, reduce stress, manage pain, and improve overall quality of life. This is very exciting for the field of nursing.”
As an Air Force veteran who served during 9/11, Raimee is also honored to provide quality care to veterans.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, including her husband, Eric, her adult son and daughter and younger son, as well as riding horses, running, yoga, camping, and reading.
“I’m looking forward to meeting future patients and working together to provide high quality, patient centered, collaborative healthcare.”
