Our standard of care is to use the MyMidMichigan portal to provide you secure online access to your health information and to communicate with you electronically. We encourage you to sign up if you have not already. Please ask our staff for additional information or visit www.midmichigan.org
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call our office at least 20 hours in advance so that other patients have an opportunity to take that appointment. If you miss your appointment without contacting our office to cancel or reschedule, the appointment will be considered a “no-show.” We will try to call you to reschedule. After three no-shows in 12 months, your provider may dismiss you from our practice. More information about our no-show policy is available upon request.
Please contact your pharmacy first for prescription refill requests and allow 48-72 hours for processing. We recommend requesting refills before you are due to ensure that your medication will be ready for you.
Normal test results will be submitted to your MyMidMichigan portal account or mailed to your home. If you do not get your test results within 7-10 days, please contact our office. If your test was ordered by a specialist, please follow up with their office for results.
