The Anticoagulation Clinic, located at 4040 N. Euclid Road, serves patients who are taking anticoagulant medications such as COUMADIN® (warfarin sodium) that require monitoring. The clinic is supervised by pharmacists who are certified in the management of anticoagulation therapy. The clinic also provides LOVENOX® bridging for patients who are scheduled for surgery.
