The Anticoagulation Clinic serves patients who are taking anticoagulant medications such as COUMADIN^® (warfarin sodium) that require monitoring. The clinic is supervised by pharmacists who are certified in the management of anticoagulation therapy. The clinic also provides LOVENOX^® bridging for patients who are scheduled for surgery.
