MyMichigan provides convenient access to a team of experienced heart and vascular physicians and advanced practice providers at the Parkview Building located on the campus of MyMichigan Medical Center West Branch. This team includes specialists in cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular surgery. This team works with patients who have a variety of cardiovascular conditions such as coronary artery disease, atherosclerosis, heart failure, structural and valvular heart disease, carotid artery disease, venous disease, peripheral arterial disease, cardiac arrhythmias, and other complex cardiovascular conditions. Heart Failure Clinic

For your convenience, a Heart Failure Clinic is also offered within the cardiology office. MyMichigan’s Heart Failure Program was developed in collaboration with the University of Michigan and is based on best practices for treating patients suffering from heart failure. The program is designed to assist patients in monitoring responses to treatment, modifying behaviors, adjusting medications, coordinating care with their doctor or advanced practice provider, and facilitating referrals for advanced heart failure treatments.
