- 2026 | $2.3 state-of-the-art Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) added. New CT added in Spring.
- 2024 | Medical Center announces $860,000+ renovation project that will add MRI, and expand laboratory and outpatient registration areas.
- 2022 | MidMichigan Medical Center - Mt. Pleasant renamed to MyMichigan Medical Center Mt. Pleasant. Walk-In Care services added.
- 2021 | Opened second operating room in Ambulatory Surgery Center
- 2020 | Celebrated 20th anniversary. Emergency Department received the PRC 5-star award, meaning patients consistently rates the overall quality of care at the 90th percentile or greater.
- 2019 | Added 24/7 Imaging access.
- 2018 | Added 24/7 Lab access.
- 2017 | MidMichigan Health Park quadruples in size and reopens 128,000-square-foot facility with new name: MidMichigan Medical Center Mt. Pleasant. The new facility included 24-hour Emergency Department, an outpatient surgery center and a wide range of services.

- 2012 | Installed the only 128-slice CT in Isabella County.
