What the Program Offers

Our PHP is designed to help each person based on their unique needs. The program includes:

• Personalized treatment goals made just for you
• Licensed and experienced staff including therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists
• A daily schedule with group therapy, educational sessions, and individual or family therapy when needed
• Weekly time with a psychiatrist (up to one hour) for check-ins or medication review
• Support with life challenges like stress, relationships, or emotional struggles

What You’ll Learn and Do

In this program, patients talk about their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in group sessions. They also learn important life skills and mental health tools. Topics may include:

• Grief and loss
• Stress management
• Setting healthy boundaries
• Building confidence and assertiveness

The goal is to help patients feel more in control, improve their mental health, and return to daily life with new coping skills and support.
