Attention: Patients with Aetna or Humana Medicare Advantage
All MyMichigan Health providers and services will be out-of-network for Aetna and Humana Medicare Advantage plans on the dates shown below. However, please be assured that your health is important to us, and we will continue to care for you.
- You may still access MyMichigan providers and services on an out-of-network basis.
- We will bill your insurance plan. You do not have to pay up front for services other than any copays required by your plan.
- You will be required to sign a no-surprises billing consent form assuming responsibility for any costs that are not covered by your plan, up to the amount allowed by Medicare.
- Using out-of-network services may impact your out-of-pocket costs. Contact your insurance plan to determine your specific coverage and costs.

• March 23, 2025, for our facilities that were previously part of Ascension
• January 1, 2025, for all other facilities
Humana Medicare Advantage
• January 23, 2025, for MyMichigan Medical Centers in Alpena, Saginaw, Sault Ste. Marie, Standish, Tawas and West Branch
• July 1, 2025, for MyMichigan Medical Centers in Alma, Clare, Gladwin, Midland and Mt. Pleasant plus MyMichigan Medical Group
